Music That Moves

Jenie Chan, the Musical Director of I.Myusik, weaves love and poetry in her music.

Her compositions have been interpreted by some of the country’s biggest names in the industry. From pop princess Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli’s duet “Change the World Together”, Bamboo’s “Darating Kayo”,  Martin Nievera’s “Stronger Together” and Eric Santos and Yeng Constantino’s “Magkasama Tayo”, Chan’s songs carry messages of hope and inspiration. 

“The Filipino is a very musical race, the best way to impart a powerful message is by saying it through a song.  It has been a great pleasure to create music that inspires and moves people to positive action,” Chan shares.

She has also composed songs that cover environment themes like “Batang Bibo ng Kalikasan” , interpreted by child stars Xia Vigor, Chunsa, Marco Masa, and Onyok Pineda, and love for fellowmen as in “Share the Love” by Kristel Fulgar and Young JV. One of her compositions in 2021 entitled, “Magkaugnay” was interpreted beautifully by Elha Nympha.

Most of her works have been featured on the multi-awarded TV show, G Diaries, of ABS-CBN Foundation. 

Her latest song, Alay na Buhay recently trended online, was described as “powerful, brave and moving.”  The song, sung by volunteer premiere singers (Bayang Barrios, Bituin Escalante, Celeste Legaspi, Mitch Valdez, Leah Navarro, Jim Paredes, Noel Cabangon and Sheryn Regis) was donated for the campaign of presidential aspirant, Vice President Leni Robredo.
